She was a beloved member of the Colts Neck Community Church where she found her spiritual home and a renewed sense of community. Linda was a woman of deep faith in God and, to all who knew her, she was a caretaker whether she was in a hospital room or at home with family and friends. After moving to Indiana in her 20s, her greatest dreams were fulfilled when she became a pediatric nurse in the burn unit at Riley Children’s Hospital and at Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at St. She attended nursing school in Orange and settled in her first nursing job at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch. Linda grew up in Shrewsbury and was a Red Bank High School graduate. Born in Long Branch, she recently moved to Lakewood’s Leisure Village after residing in Colts Neck.
